Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(TRA) was adopted. Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 18(TRA) was read the third time. Senators Wilken, Olson, Stevens, Huggins, Dyson, Thomas, Bunde, Wagoner, Ellis, Therriault moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.
